The APA Nominating Committee, chaired by Petros Levounis, M.D., M.A., reports the following slate of candidates (in alphabetical order) for the 2025 Election. For more information, email [email protected].
All candidates for the APA National Election must be currently active voting members of the APA. Voting members of the APA are of the following member classifications: Resident-Fellow Member, General Member, Fellow, Distinguished Fellow, Distinguished Life Fellow, Life Fellow and Life Member. Medical Students and International Members are not eligible to run for national office.
The deadline for petition candidates is November 13, 2024.

APA Members Election Community
The APA Elections Committee is delighted to provide a central location for APA members to communicate with APA National Election candidates and Elections Committee members. | Petition Deadline | Nominating petitions must be filed with the Secretary by November 13, 2024. Nominees whom the Nominating Committee determines meet the requirements set by the Board of Trustees for being a petition candidate will be included on the ballot for the following year. |
