Cancellation Policy

All Registration and/or course cancellation requests must be received in writing by February 12, 2025 by emailing [email protected]. A confirmation will be sent once the request has been processed. The fee (if eligible) will be refunded in the manner it was received. The refund policy and cancellation fees are as follows:

  • Until February 12, 2025: Full Refunds.
  • February 13 - March 13, 2025: Refund less cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total amount paid.
  • March 14, 2025, and beyond: No Refunds, all sales are final. No exceptions.

Member Rates Notice

Your 2025 membership dues must be paid through December 31, 2025 to receive the member rates. If you are on a scheduled payment plan, your 2025 membership will be active the first week of January, and the Annual Meeting member rate will be available to you at that time. If you paid your 2025 membership dues online, the member rate will be available within 24 hours on the registration site. If you paid by check, processing your payment can take up to two business weeks from the mail date mailed.

Effective with the 2025 Annual Meeting, Medical Student membership must be active before registering for the Annual Meeting to receive the member rate.

Every year, APA receives reports of unsolicited offers to sell APA’s membership or meeting attendee lists and offers to register you for an APA meeting (including hotel accommodations).
