The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released the draft 2024 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule. The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) recently DEA and HHS announced the second temporary extension of flexibilities around telemedicine prescribing of controlled substances until December 31, 2024.
This page will be further updated with new information once Medicare telehealth coverage policies for 2024 are finalized in late 2023.
