Official Rules

APA will award one prize per day during the 2023 APA Annual Meeting for the social media "Post of the Day". All social media posts including #APAAM23 will be automatically entered into the Contest. One Post of the Day winner will be chosen each day from among all eligible posts by a representative of the APA Council on Communications in their sole discretion. Eligible posts will be those submitted between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. PDT each day during the 2023 APA Annual Meeting by any Annual Meeting attendee who posts about their Annual Meeting experience on social media with #APAAM23 in the post. Prize award consists of a $15 electronic gift card for use at participating Starbucks® stores. One (1) prize award will be issued each calendar day of the 2023 APA Annual Meeting, for a total of five (5) prize awards. Prize award will be sent to each recipient electronically thru the email supplied within the winner's 2023 APA Annual Meeting registration or the recipient’s preferred email address.

The 2023 APA Annual Meeting Post of the Day Contest is open to registered attendees of the 2023 APA Annual Meeting who are legal residents and physically located in the United States and age 18 years old or older at the time of participation. APA Administration, vendors and exhibitors are not eligible to win. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of APA. Federal, state, and local tax on the prize or any expense relating to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. APA Is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by an attendee or by any of the equipment or technology associated with or used during the 2023 APA Annual Meeting or in the promotion, or by any technical or human error. If any event makes it inadvisable or impossible to continue with the contest, APA shall have the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the contest without any further obligation. Acceptance of the prize award is at the winner's sole risk. Approximate retail value of each award is $15. This promotion is void where prohibited. Promotional period for submission of eligible posts begins at 12:01 a.m. and ends at 11:59 p.m. PDT daily from May 20, 2023 to May 24, 2023. All decisions regarding the Contest are at the sole discretion of APA.
