    Soon-to-be and graduates of psychiatry residencies and fellowships face a number of challenges as they transition into independent practice. One of these challenges is keeping up with the many requirements of medical practice, including state medical licensure, hospital credentials/privileges, continuing medical education, and continuing certification.
