The Flow FL-100, an at-home transcranial direct current stimulation device, was approved as monotherapy or as an adjunctive treatment of moderate to severe major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults.

Caplyta (lumateperone) – New Indication Approved November 2025

Caplyta® (lumateperone), an atypical antipsychotic, was approved as an adjunctive therapy with antidepressants for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD) in adults.

Uzedy (risperidone) Extended-Release Injectable Suspension - New Indication Approved October 2025

Uzedy (risperidone), a long-acting injectable atypical antipsychotic, was approved as a monotherapy or adjunctive therapy to lithium or valproate for the maintenance treatment of bipolar I disorder (BD-I) in adults.

Subvenite (lamotrigine) Oral Suspension – New Formulation Approved September 2025

Subvenite (lamotrigine) is an oral suspension formulation of the approved anticonvulsant lamotrigine for use in the treatment of epilepsy and bipolar disorder.

Arynta (lisdexamfetamine dimesylate) Oral Solution – New Formulation Approved June 2025

Arynta is an oral solution formulation of the approved stimulant lisdexamfetamine for use in the treatment of ADHD and binge eating disorder.

Mezofy (aripiprazole) Oral Film – New Formulation Approved April 2025

Mezofy is an oral film formulation of the approved atypical antipsychotic aripiprazole indicated for the treatment of schizophrenia in adult and pediatric patients ages 13 years and older.
