APA members are invited to join the following special interest communities, which are created by the APA Administration to provide forums on the APA Communities platform. APA Communities provide online hubs for discussion, resources, and networking.
All members are expected to abide by the APA Terms and Conditions for the Communities platform.

Enroll in Special Interest Communities
APA Members can join any special interest community via their my.psychiatry.org profile.
- Log in to my.psychiatry.org with the email and password associated with your membership.
- Select "Member to Member Communities" in the left-side navigation.
- Select the communities you would like to join.
- Select "Submit"

- Navigate to community.psychiatry.org
- Select the blue "Sign In" button in the top right of your screen.
- Log in with the email and password associated with your APA membership.
- Select "Communities," then "My Communities" from the drop-down menu.
